This plaque was ordered by a client with a specific inscription request.   As you can see, each plaque can be customised to reflect the service of the recipient, and in this case the above plaque reflects the service of a former Australian Army soldier.   Please note that generally the size of the plaque will have to be increased over and above our standard sized plaque.   The size increase will be proportional to accommodate the number of inscriptions required and the banners that the inscriptions will be carved into.

The Technical Details

Each plaque is inscribed at the time the plaque is carved.   The standard size of our personalised inscribed plaques are 31 cms x 38 cms plaques (larger than our standard plaque of 20 cms x 27 cms) with a weight of approximately 1 kilo.

Keeping to the overall proportions of the plaque a number of inscriptions can be applied (as in this case) to a personalised plaque   From viewing the example on this page and the other two plaques in this link you can visualise how your inscriptions may look.   However we also provide a service where we can prepare a conceptual drawing for you to better visualise your inscriptions on the plaque that you order.   For the time being this service is free of charge.

What your inscriptions may contain is only a matter for your imagination, it is unlimited and can include service details, unit details and even awards.   Please consult with us if you require assistance in this regard.

COST

Cost for personalised inscribed plaques will commence at $100.00, however depending on the inscriptions required and the nature of the design itself if the cost of the plaque is lower than the commencing cost then the difference will be reflected in the second invoice issued to you.   If there is a change to the costs, you will be advised normally within 24 hours.
