Does't she look alert and cheery at 6:30 AM? All spruced up with vim and vigor? Well if she doesn't, it's okay - the 30 minute walk to the rain station probably got her going. ... and once getting there, finding out that the train conductor had slept in and the train had been cancelled and that she'd have to wait for the next one to come along in half and hour probably got her adrenaline flowing. It seems to be a rule of thumb that you will be late for your fish day of work, no matter how well you've planned it all out.
