1999-2000 Symphonic Band The Symphonic Band is comprised of selected students in Grades 9-12 in Blackhawk HS. The band traditionally prepares three concerts each year - Christmas, I.S.O.W. (I'm Sick Of Winter) Mid-Winter, and Spring - as well as other community events and tours. The band has performed at PMEA Adjudication Festivals as their schedule permits and has received I (Superior) ratings at their last three consecutive festivals.
