Inspiration is sad to say that they will not be competing for the 2002 season. Alot of the girls just got new jobs, or are at school and can not make the time to work this out. We all really miss twirling and hope that next year Inspiration can come back and be better than ever!! Inspiration is currently looking for anyone in or around the Johnstown area that would be interested in twirling. Please see the info below if interested.
We twirled to music from Janis Joplin the 2001 season. We used the song "Take another little piece of my heart". It is a little different than what twirlers normally use. But we had an awesome, award winning routine. We had alot of fun this year with the routine!!
We are apart of TIDA Chapter 11, which is located in Pennsylvania. All of us are from around the Johnstown area and have been competing for many years. Though Inspiration was only formed 5 years ago we hope we have made an everlasting impression in the eyes of our fellow majorette & guard groups. Our goal is to show that you do not have to let your love of twirling die after high school. We compete in the category of Independent Open Majorettes and are the Chapter 11 Champions and ACC's Gold Medalists for the years of 1998, 1999, and 2001, and Silver Medalists for the 2000 season.

You must be atleast 18 yrs old before January of 2002, and can not turn 24 before May of 2002. Some basic info you might like to know: Girls are 18-24 yrs old, practice once a week(Sunday nights), try to have weekly practices depending on members schedules, do fundraisers to earn money, attend the regular high school competitions.
