Brief Description: P. breviceps is a very small species, growing to only 3-3.5 inches (7,6-8,9 cm).They live individually on dwellings and on bamboo corrals for cattle. Theire colour is light gray with pastel blue spotting. Extremely wary, this species is typically only active in the early morning. The areas that it lives in are very hot and dry during the day, with nighttime temperatures of 59-63°F (15-17°C). They live also in the region around Fort Dauphin.
