Picket Post 2009
Company K held what is becoming an annual event for us in our backyard in Mt. Top at the farm of one of our members, Bill Polachek. Bill does a fine job recreating the look and feel of a forward picket post on his 38-acre property, paying a lot of attention to detail. We man the post from early evening until the next morning. This year we even had a "visitor" dressed in butternut probing our lines and shooting at us! A nice to time to get with the fellas, put the wool on, and have a great time without driving very far. Come on out next time!

This year we had 5 guys out for the night: (L-R) Randy Llewellyn, Scott Kuchta, Ralph Clay, Adam Cragle, and Bill Polachek.
We cooked a beef roast on a hook over the fire and boiled our coffee in the morning.
