Me and Myron's trip to the oak in December. VERY LOW water conditions and not many ppl. But, the fish were there.. browns and plenty of steelies. We both scored a steelie on friday, and on saturday the fun began. We both had atleast a dozen hookups and about 7-8 landed each. good mix of browns and steelies, with the biggest fish being in the 8-10 lb range. Once again, lots of small fish, but hey... fish are fish. ENJOY!
Myron (craydaddy) scores his first steelhead of his short steelheading career. I think he wont be retiring from this career for a while. Hands were shaking and everything! U guys know what that was like.
Same fish as above, but i just thought it would be cool for u guys to see just how awesome the colors on this fish were. Its heading for the wall.
My prize on day 1.
Biggest fish of the trip. I lost another one about the same size as this one in the same hole. Pink sucker spawn kick ass.
Sunday's score. A small one about 17" or so, but chrome none the less.
