First Tri-Annual College Nuclearball Tournament
January 13-26, 2002
If you are a college student who is interested in nuclearball, you may be
interested in taking part in the First Tri-Annual College Nuclearball
Tournament, to be held January 13 through the 26. All you have to do is
create two teams of 4 and play against each other. Then, your teams
combined scores, added to other factors will determine your teams score and
will be compared to your opponents score. Right now, we are looking for 4
colleges to take part in this tournament. E-mail me at

you belong to, your two teams (rosters and numbers) and I will add you to
the tournament.
SCHEDULE:
Game 1: Team 1 vs. Team 2, Team 3 vs. Team 4
Game 2: Team 1 vs. Team 3, Team 2 vs. Team 4
Game 3: Team 1 vs. Team 4, Team 2 vs. Team 3
Game 4: Team 1 vs. Team 2, Team 3 vs. Team 4
Game 5: Team 1 vs. Team 3, Team 2 vs. Team 4
Game 6: Team 1 vs. Team 4, Team 2 vs. Team 3
Semifinals: Fourth Place at First Place, Third Place at Second Place
Bronze Medal Game: Loser of 1/4 Game vs. Loser of 2/3 Game
Gold Medal Game: Winner of 1/4 Game vs. Winner of 2/3 Game
First 6 games are round-robin games. Game 7 is a tie-breaker game, if two
colleges are tied after the first six game (Ex. if two teams finish 4-2,
they will meet in a tie-breaker for playoff placement). Semifinals: places
stand for round-robin final standings. Bronze Medal Game matches losers of
semifinal matches, Gold Medal Game matches the winners. All participating
teams will be asked to return for a second tournament in April, and the third
tournament in September.
