We are centrally located between Johnstown, Altoona, and Cumberland MD. And only 6 minutes off the PA Turnpike Exit 146. History: Spring House Stables is a 12 acre farmette...all that survives of a once hundred+ acre dairy farm. We have turned the early 1900’s barn into a eleven stall stable and converted the milkhouse into our tack room. An early 1800’s brick spring house with constant running water is the root of our farm’s name and a unique attraction. OVERNIGHTS WELCOME! Need a place for your horse to rest? SHS will provide your horse with: -clean, safe stall or -paddock with run-in -quiet place to park your rig. Proof of negative coggins and payment due at arrival. (cash please) Please call ahead if possible. We strive to keep a clean, friendly, safe enviornment in which you can keep your horse. References always available.
