Finishing up!
Finishing: Thread the yarn needle with the ribbon. Weave the ribbon in and out of rows 15, 16, and 17, cutting ribbon at the end of each row, then overlapping ends and gluing ends together under the skirt. With the back of the angel facing you, insert the ribbon-threaded needle down into the last inside chain-3 loop of the right wing, then up through the last inside ch-3 loop of the left wing. Pull the ribbon tight to draw the bottom of the wings together, then tie in a small bow. Trim ribbon. Tie a bow at the base of the front of the angel’s head. Trim ribbon. Thread the needle with the fishing line. Insert as for the ribbon that ties the wings together in the loops two up from the wing bow. This will put the angel in a “flying” position when hung. Tie an overhand knot Push the angel’s head back, push her chest out, and arrange the ruffles on the skirt.

globug says: ok here goes:
silk rose, any color, the rose can be any size you want, according to size rose you use. I usually buy rose bushes
if i can find them
- FIRST you should cut a piece of the string the lenght you want it - you will be doubling it and will be putting it through the hole in the ball hot glue ends to bottom on ball ok - first you pull the rose from the bush, leaving just the end that attached to the bush NOW, you will put the end of the rose into the hole on top of ball after putting hot glue on it next, choose lace to coordinate or match rose put around "neck" one time and double that length gather the lace and leave enough thread to allow you to tie it around the neck of angel tightly - tied end goes in front ok, if tied tightly enough will not need to glue at all you can add something to front of lace for decoration, ribbon rose, button, etc next, glue hair on ball - i use tacky glue for this I draw closed eyes with tiny lashes on face - usually no mouth, oh, forgot, using a q-tip, put a little blush on face and blow off excess, I use actual blush - not paint - is softer effect I use the fine line micropens last step is to make wings out of coordinating ribbon and glue to back -back and forth to creat wings I ususally tie with thin gold thread
31" 6" Wirededged Tulle
Cut tulle into one 19" piece and one 12" piece. Take the 19" piece and glue tulle ends together in a tube. Gather tulle 1/2" from top and wire securely. This forms the body. Take the 12" piece and glue together in a tube. Pinch together in the middle and wire to form the wings. Glue wings to the back of 19" body. Cut stem from ball and gllue to top of angel's body. Use glitteredge ribbon to make a 4 loop bow and glue to front of angel. Cut and glue 4" of pearls around ball for halo. Fold remaining pearls in half and glue to centre of bow. Glue rose to centre of pearls. Glue glitter cord to back for hanger. Knot ends of ribbon.
33" Arabesque Ribbon
Cut arabesque ribbon into six 5 1/2" lengths. Trim the ends of each piece at an angle. Hold the ribbon with wrong side facing you and fold into a cone. Fold up to the points and glue together. Repeat for all three pieces. Glue three cones together matching points. Glue a fourth cone half way into middle of centre cone of the three. Glue remaining two cones with open edges facing down, behind the three cones for the wings. Cut stem from ball and glue to centre of three cones for head. Make a 4 loop bow from the glitteredge ribbon. Glue to neck of angel. Use 10" of glitter cord to make a shoelace bow. Glue to centre of bow. Cut and glue 4" of pearls around ball for halo. Fold remaining pearls in half and glue to centre of bows. Glue rose to centre. Glue remaining glitter cord to back for hanger.
*MATERIALS*
1.Make a cut in the paper plates, from edge to center. Overlap the edges to make two cones, securing the edges with a stapler. Cover each cone with a plastic sandwich bag. To make the top angel shape: 2. Pour the fabric stiffener (available at the craft store, or make your own by mixing equal parts warm water and sugar) into a bowl. Dip a small doily into the bowl, saturating it thoroughly. Wring out the excess back into the bowl. 3. Place a cotton ball in the center of the doily. Wrap a rubber band around the doily to secure the cotton ball for the angel's head. 4. Drape the doily over the paper cone. Pull the back of the angel's skirt together (you can hold it in place with a paper clip if you need to). Fold the rest of the material down so that you have two wings spread out at the sides. 5. Lay the angel gently on her back (with the wings spread out) on a piece of wax paper. Leave to dry (24-48 hours). To make the bottom skirt: 1. Mix a little bit of gold paint or gold glitter with the fabric stiffener in a bowl. Dip the larger doily into the bowl and wring out the excess. 2. Drape over the second cone. Arrange the skirt in nice folds and leave to dry. When both doilies are dry, glue the angel top to the bottom skirt. Decorate with gold cord, ribbon on the bottom skirt. For the halo, use a small piece of wired cord, or gold ribbon dipped in fabric stiffener and shaped into a halo. Glue the halo to the back of the angel between the wings. Our angel shown here is holding a few small gold roses. Her sleeves are actually one piece of gold wired ribbon, glued at the shoulder and bent in the middle. If you want to just make a simple tree decoration, just follow the instructions for the top of the angel. Attach a piece of string between her wings and hang from your tree.
You need one wooden spoon,

Use the stencil brush or deerfoot stippler brush to stipple cheeks with Bouquet. dot eyes with stylus in Black. Dot mouth with Crimson. Use Pigma Marker to paint eyelashes. (Refer to illustration for placement) 3. Apply tacky glue to top and back of ball knob head. Place a small amount of Spanish moss, Curly Hair, or other doll hair to the top of the angel's head. 4. To make wings, choose one of the following methods: 1. Tie ribbon or paper twist in a bow. Secure with floral wire. 2. Paint wood hearts as desired. 5.
