Martha Bradley
Martha J. "Marty" Bradley, 68, a resident of Annapolis for 22 years, died of complications of Lyme disease March 11 at Anne Arundel Medical Center after an 11-year illness. Mrs. Bradley was born Jan. 16, 1937, in Salem, Va., where she graduated from Andrew Lewis High School as valedictorian of her class and from Roanoke College with a degree in chemistry. She retired in 1994 from the Environmental Protection Agency where she was a chemist for 15 years. Mrs. Bradley was a member of Asbury United Methodist Church in Annapolis. Surviving are her husband, Robert D. Bradley, whom she married June 4, 1995; and one brother, Charles Hall of Huddleston, Va. Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. Wednesday at Kalas Funeral Home, 2973 Solomons Island Road in Edgewater, where memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday.
