Genesis and Psalm 23
The bible, the oldest book in the world. It has been translated into many languages. The bible was originally written in Hebrew for the Old Testament and Greek for the New Testament. But the British translated into English with the King James version.
The
first section is Genesis. The book basically talks about how the world
was
first created. I really like the passage on how women were created when
God
took one of Adam’s ribs and closed flesh around it. That is my favorite
chapter
two of the whole book. But sadly, all good things end. And God’s glory
of
creating man and woman with ruined when Satan tempted Eve in the form
of a
serpent. The woman took the fruit and gave it to Adam. As punishment,
Adam and
Eve were banished from the Garden of Eden.
In Psalm 23, God is described as a shepherd and his people are the sheep. God will supply their every need. He will protect them from Satan and evil and care for them. I perfectly believe that. Too bad others don’t.
