Nurses are a very special breed,
helping others who are in need.
Looking after people who are ill,
yet they come out smiling still.
Lifting patients from bed to chair
is all part of their care.
They walk hundreds of miles today and every day,
down the corridors and from bay to bay.
A nursing career is not one I`d choose,
looking after everything down to the smallest bruise.
