In the Holy Scripture, in word pictures that Paul paints,
Most of what he writes is exhortation to the saints.
And although he established churches in his travels here and there,
He evangelized the Nations, appointing Elders for their care.
His ministry was simply winning souls at any cost
Bringing everyone the message of Christ's love for the lost.
His zeal for Jesus evident in everything he said,
In the Power of God he healed the sick and raised the dead,
Accompanied by Angels whether alone or in a crowd,
Knowing that every incident was only what God allowed.
Because his life of serving Jesus was his first and only choice,
While being led in his daily walk he was hearing Jesus' voice.
The Holy spirit was his guide on whom He could depend,
To provide the power he needed, every place he would attend.
His secret was the Angels God provided every day,
To strengthen him, assist him and protect him all the way.
But his greatest ministry began when he was placed in a cell
Writing letters to the churches he started and loved so well.
Those letters, regarded as Sacred, revered throughout history,
Pointing the way to believers who gained life for eternity.
And all his admonitions became guidance in God's word,
Bringing the choice of Salvation to everyone who heard.
Now, if you follow Paul's example and live for Christ each day,
You only have to believe to have that same power every day.
Then God assigns Angels to protect you from all strife,
So that His will is accomplished each day of your life.
Learning to listen, striving to understand
So that you can be obedient to his every command.
If you want Angels to surround and help you on the way,
If you give your life to Jesus, surrendered fully every day,
If you let him make the choices and decisions you will face,
Watching for the open door as you run the daily race,
Rejoicing for each situation Jesus puts you in
Giving thanks for every soul the Angels helped you win.
Knowing that the Holy Spirit is guiding all you do,
And all the while God's Angels will be watching over you.
