As you go about your labors and duties of each day,
Sometimes you encounter challenges along the way.
They usually are small and seem innocent enough
Until you find that the escape route has been pretty rough.
When the work of Satan has been clearly recognized,
And the problem is bigger than what you first realized,
And the forces of evil are now close at hand,
Within your heart you begin to understand
That the embers of hell have been fanned into a flame
To sear your reputation and destroy your good name,
To take away possessions you've had for years and years,
To drive you to distraction, to cause you grief and tears,
To chop you down so low that Satan thinks that he has won
And accomplish full destruction by endeavor he has done,
trying to turn your heart from your Redeemer whom you love,
And all the while your soul is what he's been thinking of.
But in my word it's written that Jesus died for you,
And I already know what you've been going through,
Hiss blood the final sacrifice by which you were made free,
Guaranteeing your Redemption for all Eternity.
Thus I adopted you, making you my son
That you can live for Jesus and when the race you have to run
Encounters many obstacles Satan has planted on the way
I have promised strength and grace for every day.
And when you face a mountain that cannot be removed,
By trusting in your Lord my power will be proved,
That I take you through the mountain and remain a constant friend,
Guide you by the right way to victory at the end.
When others come against you, and you know they're in the wrong,
Just remember, my child, I've been with you all along.
Continue pleasing me, doing what you know is right,
And I will come against them and THIS will be MY Fight.
And you'll have peace of mind that your rivals cannot get,
You will then think clearly and we will cancel every debt.
Just keep Thanking and Praising and give it all to me,
We'll face it all together and win complete victory.
