Resemblance

Can you see yourself in here?

My tales are so near;

I’m the mirror of the show.

First you wave hello,

greet the world with smile,

but than you realize the number to dial—

disconnected; can’t be reached.

Then you stumble back and forth.

Couldn’t find the joy you sought.

And you scream, “Help me Lord!”

Then a whisper from a preacher

tells you you’re a God’s creature.

Why should you decease

and life offers no such ease?

Dreamed that you would dare

to convert the world you share.

Wait a minute now!

I am also dying to explode

with thoughts of inspiration;

inflame my world’s newest reformation.

Hold me close!

‘Cause when night falls

I tend to feel so lonely.

Not alone, I say,

but a bird without a covey.

My heart embodies yours;

your soul immerses mine;

we all surround ourselves,

but then, we’re  swept like little shells

by oceans too hollow to see

and too cavernous to free

ourselves from waves that kill.

So, we can only sit still and feel,

where powerful flow would convey

and float out of harm’s way.

I am sure there was a time,

when your soul risked to drown

in this infinitive universe

and compressed poetic verse.

I know you’ve been there;

footprints laid by dare.

Broken hearts and dreams,

those are very similar realms,

both of us so closely shared.

But why you didn’t look around?

A friend to travel with you’d ‘v found.

We are the same,

‘cause life is a game.

I am a player;

you are also there.

Read the words of inspiration!

Comprehend the confrontation!

Then come out and play!

Come with me, you won’t fray!

Spectacle

Let’s take a moment now

and explore the common show!

Happiness represents the ultimate goal

and Pain the tool to grow;

Spirit is your dearest treasure

and your Body feels the pleasure.

But if you wish to comprehend,

your Mind must expand.

Your cards in hand overlap,

mutually interact,

need each other to map

a gracious journey to Joy.

Joy gathered by wisdom,

open heart and thriving will.

Don’t forsake your share;

realize you get to be a player!

Rise above the show!

There is much more to know.

Don’t be lost in endless labyrinth;

to Knowledge run a sprint!

The Power you hold is much more,

than one might give you credit for.

A Big Confinement

Justice lies in honest cheer

Not necessarily in law’s sphere.

Sometimes-truthful deeds

Are disregarded by peers.

When something seems right

But all legal voices fight,

Don’t forget deep inside your heart

Honesty and justice start.

Innate merit is a virtue,

Which makes humans true.

We’re not born liars

But we are shaped by “social order”

Pretence and obedience to proffer.

Therefore, we must nullify

The true and only self, we should glorify,

And cover our face

With mask appropriate, but false.

Board of Directors would say,

“Oh, you’re our perfect prey!

Smile when you feel sad!

Smile when you feel mad!

A heart of steel

Should never feel.

A computer would do just fine,

But why it can’t combine a single line?

Soon you’ll melt with us.

You’ll get to legally harass

Employees, who for people do not pass.

That’s your dream we offer.

Set it on a pedestal and suffer!

Years will fly by of hopes,

But did I make myself clear,

You’ll get a cubicle to call your own.

Just for you, we’ve blown

A couple hundred to compile

Four windowless walls with style.

So, you can spend your life inside,

Hoping for that corporate prize.

A jail, you say?

Maybe I just wouldn’t phrase it that way.

Rather a community of people,

But did I mention,

Never pal around.

There is much work to be found.

You’ll be a worthless ant

In this big confinement.

But doesn’t corporate power

Motivate you to bathe us in a money-shower.

So, be a part of our team.

Be an ant,

But don’t forget,

There is only one Queen.

You’re born in Corporate America!

Your dream would only make us kill.

Don’t be part of the entrepreneurs’ drill!

They die every single day;

They’re our favorite prey.

A heart and spirit never win

In a world where money spin.

Money equal happiness,

But did we mention loneliness.

So, here is your uniform.

What a beautiful tie!

Why you seem so out of breath?

The suit is your best bet

To fit in with the crowd.

Don’t escape the shakedown,

‘Cause we predict you’ll frown.”

Oh, I Get So Inspired

Oh, I get so inspired

when hear the music cling!

It makes me feel

with all my heart

the words I relish to share.

My lines alleviate with honest remedy;

exhilarate all abiding love and potency.

The music notes enamor;

entice the spirit wider.

Only you will know,

what I aspire to show.

I like the way I write;

nothing said without an end.

Deep inside I reach;

take it all outside,

so you can read erratic words

and let you see the way I do.

Is it right or wrong

you will only know,

but one thing I’ll throw:

every wrong will teach you right.

Avail yourself of what you hear!

Let my fortifying voice sing dear

I am only here with you;

I will never leave too far.

But only know you are

the one to seize my oeuvre.
