Raichu's Episode appearances ranging from minor roles to Major Roles in the story.
Episode 14: "Electric Shock Showdown"
This was the first episode where Raichu appeared, though it lost in the battle with a puny pikachu, it was almost expected, had Lt. surge properly raised his pikachu then evolved it, it would have been better and pikachu would have stood no chance against it.
Episode 28: "Pokemon Fashion Flash"
This was the second installment of raichu, and a rather embarressing one at that, with a screen time of only a few seconds, the raichu in this episode was horrified the look it was given by our lovable yet much hated, Team Rocket.
Episode 38: "The battling Eevee Brothers"
In this episode the only shot of raichu to be seen was in the last part of the episode, but hey, at least our cute lightning driven hero got some publicity. ^_^
Episode 68: "Lights, Camera, Quacktion!"
This episode seemed well, our furry friend was in the staring role of this episode, very well cast in a bottom feeding movie role and did it only because it was a cheap imitation of William Shakespeare's "Romeo and Juliet" But after some rather revolting use of a evil machine the evil team rocket captured the raichu, sure, it was trapped, but thats to misty's psyduck, everything ended peacefully
Episode 90: "Stage Fight!"
After a long wait we finally got to see our little buddy raichu again, but int his episode he was in the second starring role because the entire show revolved around him (Yay! ^_^) this episode showed how horrifing stage froight to some are, but after a few mishaps with team rocket, and some motivational speaking by Ash and Pikachu, Raichu did its part and was able to strut its stuff on the riverboat. and showed that a raichu is one fine actor when motivated properly. ^_^
Episode 136: "Mild & Wooly"
This episode Raichu and Pikachu where the heros, there energy helped corral a flock of mareep that where used like our worlds sheep are, except since these mareeps where electric types, their wool was floofed up by electricty. since this happened, mareep absolutly adore lightning storms and will stamede over anyone that gets in their way. All in all, our hero had a sufficiant, but small role in this episode and it was also the first episode that showed Raichu running on all fours.
Episode #239: Zapdos and the Crystal! Secret of the Lake!
My, its been a long time since weve seen our spirited little hero in the series. well in this episode, Raichu played a minor but postive role. in the deep mountains of Johto, a secret lake lays untouched by humans, this lake is a refuge for all Electric type pokemon. the caretakes and protector of the lake, Tsubasuu, she shows the gang around the lake and the submerged shrine where a mysterious crystal empowers the lakes healing properties. Raichu is one of many electric types to be healed in this magnificent spring. and yes like always Team rocket fouls things up by disgracing the shrine for electric pokemon and taking the crystal! this upset allt he elctric types and they started to attack the ballon from the waters edge, but where unsuccessful on two reasons 1. Team rocket had a machine that took hold of allt he energy and stored it like a battery, and 2. the pokemon whernt strong enough to really put up much of a fight. Then the God of all electric types Zapdos comes out of no where (possibly the True guardian of the springs) and although injured itself the mighty god of lightning blew teamrocket (with help from all the others) to kingdomcome! the crystal now had been dropped by team rocket but was saved by ash. The gang took it tot he bottom of the water and returned it to the spot from which it came, but it wasn't glowing like before! so allt he electric types use thier energy to reempower the crystal which returns the waters back to thier state and which also returns Zapdos to its normal state, alive and full of energy!
