The New movie is called [Maboroshino Pokémon Lugia Bakutan].
If you translate that in English it is Revelation Lugia.

The story starts with a Pokémon Collector named Jirarudan who is on a quest to capture the worlds most rare and mysterious Pokémon, Lugia. Lugia has never been seen by the human eye but it is written that one the three Legendary Birds are reunited in the same place that Lugia will appear. This is the reason why the Legendary Birds have there own Island, if they were to be brought together, the outcome would be disastrous. Jirarudan begins to approach the Island of Fire, which contains Moltres. Jirarudan freezes the Island of Fire with Ice, injuring Moltres. Jirarudan struggles to capture Moltres in his weakened state using an electric net. Jirarudan and his flying fortress continue on to Thunder Island to capture the mysterious Zapados. The weather suddenly turns sour. Ash, Kenji and Misty are cruising on a boat piloted by a guide named Mic-Chan to Ashia Island. The ship is stuck right in the middle of a hurricane, it takes all of Mic-Chan's skill to get it into port. Ash and the gang let there Pokémon out of there balls to stretch there legs for a while. Not even a storm can keep Team Rocket away, they are following Ash and the gane in there Submarine, the Mecha-Magikarp. Team Rocket stupidly stumble into the same storm, they hit a rock and lose control of there submarine. Floating along, helpless, they hit a school of Magikarp and are sent barreling into rocks. Poor Team Rocket!!!
While Misty's mom is relaxing in the sunshine on her front lawn, the Pokémon Professor, Professor Oak comes riding by on his bike, he makes a comment about the nice weather. Suddenly a pack of Digletts comes trampling down the street, pick up Oak's bicycle and carried it down the road into the sunset. Professor Oak, dumbfounded notices another herd of Pokémon, trailing just behind the Digletts. Even more dumbfounded Oak and Misty's mom notice that it is beginning to snow, in the middle of the summer. Ash and his friends have finally landed at Ashia Island, stepping off the damaged boat, are surprised and surrounded by a group of oddly dressed monks of sort. One of the monks takes his mask off and tells Ash and his friends of the festival in celebration of the Pokémon Gods. Ash and friends are introduced with a young girl named Furura, the Miko of the ceremony. Furura seems to take a liking to Ash but Misty doesn't feel the same when Furua asks if Misty is Ash's girlfriend. The group walks off the beach and headed towards the pavilion where the ceremony will take place. At the beach Ash revealed that he was a Pokémon Trainer (only one on the Island other than Misty), he was chosen to retrieve the power crystals from the Islands of the Legendary Birds. It seems that the current stormy weather conditions on the Island including the storm at sea are caused by the unbalance in their powers, and to bring all three stones together would calm these.
Never catch a god of fire, a god of thunder, or a god of ice.

If you do, it will evoke their anger and the marine god would destroy Heaven and Earth. The world would fall to ruins.
Ash and Mic-Chan board the boat and set their course to the Island of Fire, while the storm is still raging, Team Rocket hitch a free ride with them. When Ash reaches the Island he runs from the boat, up the stairs to the top of the mountain where the fire shrine or Moltres shrine is located, and where he will find the power crystal. Furura and Misty both decide on taking a better boat to the Island. And not far behind Ash is Team Rocket who are in the process of climbing the stair case when Furura's boat fly's through the air after catching a huge gust of wind and makes a big hole in the mountain. Ash has gotten the power stone and is preparing to get back into the boat for a trip back to the Island, but suddenly Zapados, one of the three legendary birds appears. Zapados obviously scared and looking for Moltres, furiously begins shooting lightning bolts at Ash, this seems Zapados's only way of communicating. Pikachu decides to try and talk to Zapados, so he begins shooting thunderbolts into the air trying to explain why they are here and what they know. Pikachu and Zapados's conversation is abruptly ended when Zapados's electric bolts suddenly turn skywards, Ash and Pikachu look up to see Jirarudan's Hikoukyu. He begins to attack Zapados and quickly captures just like his counterpart, Moltres. They are both imprisoned in the flying fortress. Now Ash and his friends understand what's causing the unbalances in nature, now their quest has changed to a rescue mission to free the birds from the captor.
Ash and his friends with the help of Team Rocket make there way into the fortress. Ash and Team Rocket find they're way to where the Legendary birds are being held. They are being restrained by electric fields that were used in there capture. The gang notice that all of their Pokémon are acting funny, and they conclude it's from the unbalance between the legendary birds that is affecting there behavior. At the same time halfway across the world Professor Oak is trying the same thing to many frightened people everywhere. Ash and his gang free the legendary birds. The birds, already scared and confused start attacking Ash and friends before departing from the fortress. As soon as they are out of the fortress Zapados and Moltres meet with Articuno. The three legendary birds fly away and create a gigantic whirlpool.
The whirlpool emerges from the sea forming a water spout and at the top of the spout flies out Lugia. Furura tells them about Lugia and that his presence means the destruction of the world. Ash runs towards Lugia and tries to warn him of the traps and plans that Jirarudan has already made for his capture. Lugia ignores the warnings but allows Ash to hop on before he begins his attack on the Hikoukyu. But Jirarudan was prepared for this and fires an electric cage, the same that had captured the birds, at Lugia. Lugia is knocked out by the attack and plummets into the sea. He recuperates, and continues his attack with the Birds until they finally destroy the Hikoukyu.
Ash falls into the water but is fished out by Team Rocket who was out on their little raft. Misty, Furura and Kenij are back on shore watching the battle from afar. Furura knows that Lugia will not stop at just destroying the Hikoukyu however. If he remains free, he will destroy the world. The only way to trap Lugia is to using Furura's ocarina and a Master Ball to capture Lugia in. With the help of the Legendary birds and Furura, Ash traps Lugia in the Master ball, thus saving the day once again.
