Maybe this is because all of their plans are created by a talking Cat!! jessie and James come from different backgrounds, but the thing that they have in common is that they want to steal Ash's pikachu. I can,t understand why team rocket dosen't just buy some pokeballs and catch their own pokemon! but then, that would be too easy... Gary Oak Gary Oak is mean and conceited, but it seems like it dosen't run in the family, because Gary's sister and grandpa are always there to lend a helping hand.
