Tripod http://www.tripod.com ~ * * * * I reccomend this for expeirienced computer people, gives you a lot of HTML.

Homestead http://www.homestead.com ~ * I don't like Homestead, because they give you specific layouts to use and backgrounds and graphics, you don't get a lot of options!
