Site History-How My Site Got Where It Is Now
In February, 1998, I was surfing the web and saw some sites with the hoster of a place called Expage. I decided to make my own. Knowing very little about this so-called HTML, I just had text. Then, one week later, my sister told me how to make links. I made some, and then soon found myself with so many I ran out of room! I have used many different layouts, and soon, I became so sick of having to narrow down everything so it would fit the small amount of room The Express Page gives you, I began looking for something with more room. I tried maxpages, Geocities, and Tripod, and none turned out how I had hoped. So I kept looking and found one of my friend's pages on Angelfire. I went to the Angelfire homepage, and read, "Up to 50mb Of Text Room!" And I thought, maybe I should try this. So, I tried it and liked it, so I made my first official move from one Host to another. I kept my links on The Express Page, because it was so simple and so I didn't use up my 50mb so quickly. So now, I have a great frame layout, tons of room, a lot of links, HTML, and a orgonized popular site. And that is why my site is on Angelfire today. I now am like an encyclopedia on HTML, an excellent WebMaster, and a helper to other sites.
