MY PERSONNEL PREFERENCE

The ideal shape for a professional "Belly Builder" ( in my personel opinion) is to have, fat arms, broad
shoulders, big breasts, huge round belly which hangs down over the waist band of one's shorts, a small
butt, narrow hips, and skinny legs, as depicted by the picture shown on the right. Also, the fat on the
upper body should hang down over the lower body! This of course is my own personel preference!


Why I Prefer Having Mostly Upper Body Fat, Despite
The Greater Health Risks!

My older brother, who's name I won't mention, has what I would say is a "girlish" figure, having mostly lower body fat. He stands about 5 feet 9 inches tall, and weighs about 580 pounds. His body is "pear shaped", measuring about 52 inches around the chest, 74 inches around the waist and 86 inches around the hips. He has 42 inch thighs and his upper arms are about 24 inches around. He is 46 years old and has recently gone on a diet to loose weight because he is concerned about what all that weight is doing to his health. So far, of course, he's never had any health problems, but he is trying to loose weight to prevent any health problems from happening in the future. So far he has lost about 50 pounds, down from 630 pounds.

I, on the other hand couldn't care less! I'm a glutton, and I love to eat, and I love being fat. I'm proud of my big round belly and having most of my fat on my upper body. I feel that I have a more masculine figure because I don't have a big butt and fat thighs like my older brother. I'm only 25 years old, but I look much older because I have been bald on top of my head since I was only 19 years old! I'm about 6 feet 3 inches tall, and I measure about 64 inches around my chest, 76 inches around my belly, but only 52 inches around my hips, and 26 inches around my thighs, while my upper arms are 24 inches around, almost as big as my thighs!

As for me, unlike my older brother, I have no intention of loosing weight! I prefer being the way I am because I'm a glutton! A big fat lazy glutton! As you can see, I carry most of my fat on my upper body, while my older brother carries most of his fat on his lower body. He has a big butt and heavy thighs, while I have fat arms, broad shoulders, big breasts, a hugh round belly, small butt, narrow hips, and normal size legs!

Dispite the greater health risks of having mostly upper body fat, I prefer my shape over my older brother's "pear shape", because, whenever he has to buy a new pair of pants, he needs a size 72 which can only be found in "Big And Tall" clothing stores that cater to extra large sizes, or he has to order them in a special catalog, and of course, a pair of pants, size 72 costs anywhere from 80 or 90 dollars to about 120 dollars, or more, depending on the style.

On the other hand, I can go into a K-Mart store, and get a size 52 off the rack for about 25 dollars! When you have mosty upper body fat, with a small butt, and skinny legs, you can spend less money for pants, and more money on FFFFOOOOOOOOOOOD!!!

Of course, I have a problem finding shirts, but again, I go to any K-mart store, and I look for XXXL shirts. I am unable to tuck in my shirts, and I have to keep pulling up on my pants because they keep slipping down on my butt, so I go around showing off my bellybutton and buttcrack, but I don't mind, in fact, I enjoy showing off my bellybutton and buttcrack in public, because I'm a fat lazy glutton and a slob, and damn proud of it!

My older brother is able to wear his pants up around his waist, and he can tuck in his shirts, but then, he has that "girlish" figure with his big ass and heavy thighs! But since my belly hangs down over my belt, my pants keep falling down on my narrow hips, yet I prefer being the way I am! I enjoy walking down the street, and as I walk, my pants start to slide down on my butt, so I have to stop ever so often to pull my pants back up again, then I resume walking, only to have my pants fall down again. To me, this is fun!

It may be more dangerous to my health, to have all this fat on my upper body, but I'm having more fun with my fat, than my older brother is having with his! Of course, I don't have anything against those who gain most of their weight on the lower body.



After all, this website is for big fat lazy gluttons, with big bellies, and it really doesn't matter if you prefer having a huge upper belly, or a huge lower belly. It's just that when one has a huge lower belly, one has to pay out a lot more money for a pair of pants. But then, there are those who would be embarrassed to go around showing off their bellybutton and buttcrack, so, some of you might consider yourself more fortunate that you can wear your pants up around your waist and tuck in your shirts, even though you have to pay more for your clothes.

But as for me, I intend to keep on gaining weight on my upper body. To me, the ideal male figure is when one's chest measurements is at least twice the hip measurements, and the belly is at least three times as big around as the hips, also, the arms should be bigger around than the legs. As I have mentioned earlier, I measure about 52 inches around my hips. I hope to keep on gaining until I measure at least 96 or perhaps 100 inches around my chest, 40 inches around my arms, and at least 150 inches around my belly! Just think, all that upper body fat being supported by a pair of weak and wobbly 26 inch legs!

Actually, I would like to continue gaining weight on my upper body until my arms are bigger around than my hips, if it were all possible!!! I hope one day my "love handles" hang down over my hips, and my belly hangs down to my knees!

Upper body fat is more dangerous to one's health, but it a lot more fun carrying it around. I love the sensation of heavyness as I try to walk. Also, If my belly were to hang down to my knees, then if I put on a pair of shorts, my belly would compleatly cover then, so that when I'm on the beach, or public swimming pool, from the front view, I would look like I were not wearing anything. I would appear nakid as I walked along a public beach, but when I turned around, than one would see that I was wearing shorts, halfway down on my butt! Imagine what fun that would be. I'd be walking along the beach, wearing no shirt, and only a pair of sandles, and a pair of Burmuda shorts. My huge round belly hanging down over my shorts, down to my knees, compleatly covering the front of my shorts, appearing to be compleatly nakid, as seen from the front view! Imagine the thrill of walking past the life guard, and having him shout at me, "Hey, this is NOT a nude beach! Get some shorts on, or I'll have you arrested for indecent exposure!", to which I would reply, "But I AM wearing shorts!", then I would turn around, so that he can see me from the rear, and see my shorts half way down on my ass, showing off some buttcrack! I've been told that I look obsene! I guess you could say that by default, I have a pornographic body!

I hope I can continue to gain weight on my upper body without gaining on my hips and thighs. I would prefer if my hips stayed at 52 inches around with 26 inch thighs, while my chest becomes 100 inches, my arms about 54 inches, That's right! Bigger around than my hips! And my belly about 150 inches around.

For those who prefer having most of their fat on their lower bodies, let me say, if that is your preference, that's ok. Of course, we really don't have much choice in this, since it is determind mostly by genitics. I just consider myself lucky because I happen to have the type of body that I prefer, even though having most of my fat on my upper body poses a far greater risk to my health, than having most of your fat on your lower body. So, if you have mostly lower body fat, you may consider yourself fortunate, but I don't consider myself less fortunate, because I'm having more fun with all this blubber sloshing around on my upper body! Also, unlike those who have a huge lower abdomin, or groin, I don't have a lot of fat hanging down over my pecker, so, I'm able to have erections!

Now, most people my find this website offensive because it encourages gluttony. But the truth is, not all of us are concerned about health, dieting, or exercise. Some of us prefer being fat and we are not concerned with the consequences. So, to those who are offended by this, I suggest to go to another website.

But for those who love being big, fat, ugly, lazy gluttons, like me, you have found a place where you can be yourself, so, just kick back, relax, and sit down and eat, and enjoy yourself!
