**About ACCESS HOLLYWOOD... Jay sends me this news about Access Hollywood. Hey, I caught the interview with Toni on Access Hollywood. Toni talked about the bankruptcy about how they were going to sell her Grammys and she had to buy them all back. She also talked about the fact that she was fighting Laface/Arista for a raise. After Secrets she generated over $75 million dollars in profit, but because she got less than 35 cents per album she only got $1.8 million in salary and was in debt of $3 million dollars. Thanks Jay

**The Tonight Show... Hey Whats up? I'm just letting you all know that Toni's performance on THE TONIGHT SHOW with Jay Leno was awesome!! :) Toni performed HE WASNT MAN ENOUGH. She was wearing something like a robe-looking dress and when the song was about 3/4 over with, she took off the robe and she has the sparkling outfit from the video on underneath it. Once she took off the robe, her and like 10 female dancers started dancing like in the video. Toni looked gorgeous!!! Her hair was straight and beautiful looking. After the performance ended, they went to a commercial and when the show came back on, Toni was able to talk to Jay for a few minutes, mostly about the videos cartoon. Toni gave a knock-out performance and looked really great. I'll try to get some screen caps for you of you missed it. :)

**THE HEAT... Hey Everyone, I JUST bought THE HEAT. I am listening to it right now, and I can tell ya, It will CONSTANTLY be played in my CD player. The Album is just Incredible. :) The songs sound sooooooooo much better than the low quality downloads from the internet. It's a very well produced album. The one thing that the album lacks is pictures inside the booklet. :( There is only 1 picture of Toni in the booklet, and it's one I haven't seen before. Its a red-ish picture with Toni looking up with her hands around her head. Its beautiful. I was told that there were gonna be at least 4 pictures in the booklet (shown in THE HEAT section of this site), but there is just 1 inside, and there is a cool picture on the BACK of the CD. I think It was taken from the HE WASNT MAN ENOUGH video. I can't stress it enough how great this album is, so go pick up a copy and see what I mean. :)

**Radio... Hey, whats up everyone? I'm just letting you all know some good news about one of my radio stations here in South Carolina. Tonight, while I was driving, HE WASN'T MAN ENOUGH just went off and the DJ said that was the new one by TONI BRAXTON. Then he said, "I just heard her new album. Its called THE HEAT. Its one HOT album. It's an album you just gotta keep in your cd player at all times." I was sooooooooo happy to hear that and then, to top it off, He was giving away the album to the 14th caller. I tried to call in, but i didnt win =( I think thats awesome that this kind of promotion is goin on. :)

**Promotion... GREAT NEWS!!! I just saw a commercial on tv tonight that is promoting Toni's new album "THE HEAT". It shows some of the video "He Wasn't Man Enough" and It's a pretty cool commercial. It's about time LaFace starts promoting Toni. I think they should have started a few weeks ago. If anyone else see's this or any other commercial promoting Toni, Please let me know.

I just wanted to let you know that I was watching the show Entertainment Tonight, and they showed Toni talking to them about the Whitney Houston situation, Toni was taking up for Whitney. Bryan, "HE wasn't man enough" premired on BET's morning moves today at 8:00 PST and it was great the video at the beginning the is a Toni Braxton Street Fighter like cartoon and it stars her and "the other woman" Robin Givens and the kinda fight over the guy in the bar making each other jealous and meet in the bathroom they look like they're going to fight then... a big dance number happens with toni at the front and they shimmy and dance then at the end the guy is thrying to "get some" from toni and she points up to a camera and Robin comes in and throws there wedding rings at him and toni smiles. now all i need the the lyrics. **Toni Is NOW getting Airplay... Great News!!! Tonight when I was driving, I turned to one of South Carolina's Biggest Urban stations and I caught the end of "HE WASN'T MAN ENOUGH" on the radio. I was soo excited to hear it, so i turned the volume ALL THE WAY up and Jammed it. Unfortunately I only heard like the last minute of it though =(. Im gonna keep my radio on that station and keep listening for it again. It sounds really good. I can already tell its gonna do well on the charts. If anyone else is hearing it on the radio, Let me know and let me know where you are from. Thanks.

After a lengthy legal tie-up and a brief stint on Broadway, R&B songstress Toni Braxton will deliver her first album in four years when "The Heat" hits stores in April. The album, Braxton's third, will arrive on April 25 and will mark the singer's long-awaited follow-up to 1996's "Secrets." Fans will get their first taste of the anticipated album courtesy of "He Wasn't Man Enough," the first single from "The Heat." The track teams Braxton with noted producer Rodney Jerkins, (who has worked with Whitney Houston, Monica, Mary J. Blige, Brandy), and the singer shot a video for the song last weekend in Los Angeles with director Billie Woodruff. "The Heat" will see Braxton continue to team with heavyweight collaborators, as producers Kenneth "Babyface" Edmonds and David Foster help out and award-winning songwriter Diane Warren pitches in for the album as well. Braxton plans to pound the pavement in support of "The Heat" and will launch a promotional radio tour in the coming weeks. Braxton's record label, LaFace Records, also says that Braxton wants to play live dates through the summer, but that nothing has been confirmed yet. During her four-year recording sabbatical, Braxton did a turn as Belle in the Broadway production of "Beauty And The Beast." However, Braxton became more noteworthy for her legal moves than her voice during her time away from recording. The singer launched a legal dispute with LaFace in 1997 over her contract and filed for bankruptcy the following year in what many saw as a move to have her LaFace contract declared void. Braxton and LaFace hammered out a new contract in early 1999, and the singer entered a recording studio soon thereafter to begin work on "The Heat." Thanks to MTV.com for that article
