***May 1st 2001***
Nikki sat in her beautiful flower embroidered top, with tiny beads stitched in the flowers and also along the neckline and arm holes, the skirt flared out into many layers right above the hip in places along the bottom there was flowers embroidered, then along the very bottom was two layers of lace on her wedding gown. Around her neck she wore a layered necklace that had little diamonds hanging down, the necklace which had been given to her by Mynina's grandmother after Nina passed away. Thinking back over the past year. Back in January Nick had decided that he wanted to move away from Bremerton, and Nikki wasn't sure she was ready for this move. To her it meant leaving behind her memories that she had shared with Nina and Sean when they were all little. But later she decided change would be good, and it didn't mean that she would have to forget all of the things that she had shared with Nina and her family. Afterwards she made her big decision that she did want to marry Nick and she was ready to start planning for that. She had said yes months before and felt in her heart that she was telling the truth. * I guess I was right all along.* she thought smiling to herself.
***Later***
"And do you, Nichole take this man, Nick as your lawfully wedded husband, to have and to hold, for richer or for poorer, in sickness or in health till death do you part, as long as you both shall live?" the minister asked looking at Nikki.
"I do."
"And do you, Nicholas, take this woman, Nichole as your lawfully wedded wife, to have and to hold, for richer or for poorer, in sickness or in health till death do you part, as long as you both shall live?" the minister asked now looking at Nick. "The rings please." He said as the little boy holding a pillow, which held both rings, stepped forward. Nick and Nikki each took the others ring.
"And now repeat after me, with this ring I thee wed. And let this be an ever lasting symbol of our love."
"With this ring I thee wed. And let this be an ever lasting symbol of our love." Nick repeated as he slipped the ring on Nikki's finger.
"And now, Nichole repeat after me, with this ring I thee wed. And let this be an ever lasting symbol of our love."

"If anyone may find reason for why these two should not be joined in holy matrimony, let them speak now or forever hold their peace." He said knowing no one would object. "Then the by the power vested in me by the state of Florida, I pronounce you husband and wife, you may kiss the bride." Not even waiting a second after hearing that, Nick wrapped his arms around Nikki and kissed her. "And now it is my honor to present to you for the first time, Mr. and Mrs. Nicholas Carter." The minister announced as Nick and Nikki walked back down the aisle.
***At The Party***
"Now everybody, let's clear the floor for the newlyweds ceremonial dance." The DJ announced as he got all the music ready. Slowly the crowd moved out of the way of the dance floor and Nick and Nikki appeared in the center.

"Congratulations Nick! Congratulations Nikki!" Brian said as he hugged them both.
"Thanks Bri" Nick said as he hugged Brian.
"Thank you Brian." Nikki said as she gave him a light hug. "And thank you, Leigh for coming." She said hugging her as well. Leigh was Brian's new girlfriend. They had meet back in November and started off as really good friends but around Brian's birthday they had started dating. Brian was taking things pretty slow for obvious reasons. But it was a good start for him to date again.
Nikki and Nick had both decided that they would like to keep the wedding small. No press and just family and friends. With this in mind they also hoped the plan would mean no fans. Jane ran the only video camera in the church, and the video would go to Nick and Nikki. The only photography cameras were the one that was run by the guy they had hired and a few family members. Soon the rest of the guys were with them with their wives and girlfriends. And of course the photographer saw this as the prefect picture and Jane stood back filming for a while. In the beginning each of the guys had their girlfriend or wife next to them but slowly the girls moved closer so they could talk without their husbands and boyfriends around. Just Nikki stayed as the photographer took some of just her and all the guys. The wedding was one that people would not soon forget. The flowers, bridesmaids dresses, Maid Of Honor, and the cumberbuns and ties were all blue and white.
***A Lil While Later***
"I hope you all had a great time today because I know I did. And now you people all have to leave so I can go spend some quality time with my wife." Nick announced from at the top of the stair where he was standing with Nikki, grinning as he surprised Nikki by picking her up and acting as if he were going to go in the back room. He set her back down and the crowd laughed.
"Yes, as I am sure my husband meant to say, thank you for coming. We appreciate it very much. And we will see you all very soon. Good Bye!!" she smiled waving to all the people she knew and loved. They made their way out to the car where they were meet by the usual group and then some. Jane, Mrs. Vaughan, Robert, Aaron, Leslie, BJ, Angel, David, Marcela, and all the guys plus girlfriends stood around to say good bye.
"I'm going to miss you so much Mom." Nikki said as she hugged her mother who was currently in a wheel chair as they started down the line of people.
"Oh I am sure you won't miss me too much. You'll be doing other things." She said laughing.
"I promise I will take good care of your daughter Mrs. Vaughan." Nick said as he leaned down and hugged her also.
"I know you will, Nick." She said hugging him back.
"Mom, Dad I promise you I will try not to kill Nick." Nikki said jokingly as she hugged them both. Nick followed giving his parents each a hug.
"Oh we wouldn't mind even if you did!" Leslie joked back as she hugged Nikki.
"Yeah, really, it's ok! It wouldn't bother me at all!" BJ agreed.
"Can I have his room when he is gone?" Angel added. Everyone was laughing as all Nick's sisters tried to get rid of him.
"No no you can't get rid of Nick, there aren't enough guys as is! So Nikki, I'd like it if we could keep him around." Aaron argued. As Nikki hugged her brother-in-law and Nick followed.
"Don't worry I can't hurt my baby. He is too sweet to hurt him. With his Santa tummy!" she said kissing his cheek and rubbing his belly.
"You two have a good time!" Kevin said hugging both Nick and Nikki.
"Yeah you two will love Italy." Kristin said giving them both a one handed hug while cradling Shawn in the other arm.
"Good Luck man and get freaky!" AJ laughed as he hugged them both.
"As I always say, ignore Alex, he has had way too much to drink and I will be driving home tonight." Andrea said as she hugged them both.
"Have fun you guys!" Jessica squeaked as she hugged them.
"Have fun Lil' Nicky and Nikki." Howie said hugging them as well.
"Ah you guys saved your favorites for last right?" Brian said as he hugged Nikki. "Nick, I am so proud of you. You have grown up so, so fast. Have a great honey moon man." He said as he hugged Nick.
"Thanks. And Glad you two could come Bri and Leigh."
"Me too." Nikki said hugging them both before she and Nick got into the Limo and drove off.
