***On The Tour Bus***
A.J. was standing in front of the sink with the water running throwing up every so often. He was a little hung over after his late night. "A.J. you ok?" Nick said coming up behind him. "Want some coffee?"
"Hell do you think I am ok? And Yes to the coffee." A.J. said followed by throwing up for the 5th time in the last 10 minutes. Nick handed A.J. the coffee as requested.
***Later At The Hospital***
"Andi, I have something for you to watch and some pictures for you to look at." Jessica said walking into Andrea's room. "Have you been able to remember anything?"
"Yeah, I keep on having these weird dreams where I am on this stage thing and everything is blurry like I've been crying and there is an audience. The weirdest thing is I am hugging a really skinny guy but I never see his face." Andrea said remembering the weird dreams she had been having all last night and some of today. Jessica smiled.
"Hey I remember that box! I've got all my special pictures in there." Andrea said happy to see something so familiar. Jessica pulled a chair over to the side of her bed and sat down. Then opened the box and pulled out the stack of pictures.
"Here look at these and you can ask me any questions you want about them." she said handing Andrea the stack of pictures she had just pulled out.
She took them and slowly looked through them. "What about this one? Why is there a picture of me and A.J. making out?"
Jessica smiled and said "Because you two are always making out and Nick just happened to have a camera and he took a picture. They all teased you two about it for a while."
Andrea smiled. She finished looking through the pictures and Jessica pulled out a videotape. She put in the VCR that Andrea had in her room. "This will explain that dream you've been having." She said as she pushed the play button. Andrea watched for a while then it came to the end of the concert and A.J. had the Mic. In his hand He walked her up to the center of the stage and got down on one knee and pulled something from his pocket. He took her hand and asked her to something him? *What did he just say? * "Jess, rewind that I didn't hear what he just said!" she said a little nervous.
"Ok, but I could tell you what he said." Jessica said standing up and rewinding it to where Andrea had told her.
"Thank you." She said as she came back and sat down. *Oh My Gosh! He asked me to MARRY him! I am engaged to a guy I hardly even know! But he does seem sweet! And adorable. * She looked down at her ring finger and smiled.
"I am guessing your starting to remember more things about your life. And I almost forgot to tell you, Since you are basically recovered the doctors said you can go home in about 2 days. They just want to make sure everything is ok."
"Good, I'll be glad to get out of here as soon as I can!" she paused for a second then added, "Could you do me a favor Jess?"
"Sure anything sis."
"Could you give A.J. a call for me and ask him to come here."
"Sure, you could call him. I've got my cell phone right here."
"I don't know exactly what I'd say so can you just call him for me?"
"Sure." She said and pulled her phone out of her purse. She dialed A.J.'s number. A couple seconds later.
"Hello?" a voice said on the other end that sounded like A.J.
"Hey A.J., Andi said she'd like it if you came and visited her. And I was just wondering if you might want to."
"Did she say that?" A.J. said hoping she did. *Maybe she is starting to remember things! Maybe she remembers me!*
"Yep."
"Ok, I'll be over in a little while." He said and hung up the phone. He went and changed then grabbed the keys to Nick's car. Still stumbling a little he walked out to Nick's car and got in. He drove down to the hospital doing the best he could to keep going straight. He got there and went up to her room. He stopped at the door and knocked.
"Come on in A.J.!" a muffled voice, shouted from inside that sounded like Andi. He walked in and smiled when he saw Andrea admiring her engagement ring he had given her. It had three diamonds in a row. They were suppose to represent Past, present, and future. 24 k gold.
"Hey Andi! Hey Jess! What you girls been up to today?" A.J. said walking over to Andrea's bed.
"Umm, nothing much." Jessica said and looked at Andrea, who had been remembering a lot of things when A.J. was on his way over.
"Alexander James McLean! Don't I get a hug or something??" Andrea said with a bright smile on her face.
A.J.'s suddenly felt overwhelmed with happiness. He leaned down and gave Andrea a hug and added a kiss on the cheek. Nothing in the world could have made him feel any better then he felt when Andi asked for a hug instead of telling him to get out of her room.
***Back On The Bus***
"Nick, I am bored here. I am gonna see if Nina wants to go do something today." Nikki said standing up and turning toward the back of the bus.
"Wait Nikki!" Nikki turned around to face him. "Can I come too? I wanna spend some time with you." He said as he stood up and walked over to her. He wrapped his arms around her and added, "Please, I don't wanna be here without you."
"Umm…I'll have to think about that Mr.Carter!" She said then he leaned down and gave her a kiss. "Ok, I guess you can come." She said with a smile.
"Guess? Hum Let's see." He said and leaned down and gave her another kiss this time longer and more passionate.
"You can definitely come!" she said her smile brightening. "Come on let's see what Nina and B-Rok are doing today." They walked to the back of the bus holding hands and found Nina sitting on Brian's lap. They both looked very happy. "Hey you two, what are you doin? We were bored and hoped you two had an Idea of what we could do."
"We are just sitting around." Nina replied and smiled at Brian. Suddenly their manager Karen walked in.
"Ok, You guys since you can't continue your show with only 4 dancers I've decided to have an audition for a new one. And it's going to be tomorrow." She said not even waiting for any kind of greeting.
"WHAT?? A New dancer?" Brian said totally shocked. He knew A.J. was gonna hate this Idea. "No Way! I Am Not Going with This idea at all! A.J. is engaged to that dancer that is in the hospital! He is not about to leave without her!"
"Well then he can skip a few shows and then she can come along as a guest on your tour." She said sounding reasonable.
"No way! I know Andrea! She isn't going for a free ride. She came because she got a spot on the tour and if she hadn't then she wouldn't have come at all!" Nick said knowing Andrea didn't want anyone to think she was with A.J. just because he was a backstreet boy and had money. All the guys knew she really loved A.J. because she was with him before she knew he was big in Europe which was long before being famous in America.
"You Boys are difficult! Ok fine then you will have a press conference or something to promote yourselves. People need to hear from you! And because of this delay you will be working more into December then planned. You're going to have to make up for the shows you are missing!" She said in a huff. "Where is Kevin anyways?" her voice softening as she said this. She was the same age as Kevin and everyone knew that she really like him.
"He is out with one of our dancers, Natalie." Nikki said getting a little pleasure as the smile that had come on Karen's face when she started talking about Kevin disappeared.
"Oh ok. Well I'll set some kind of promotion up for you. You guys don't want to disappear!" she said then turned and walked off the bus.
