A Dancer's Moves: Chapter Six Practice ended a couple hours later. I didn’t stick around, because I wanted to get home and call Bridget before I went out. I missed back home more then ever, and all I wanted to do was talk to her.

I was thinking about back home in my car, when my cell phone started ringing. "Hello?" I answered.

"Hey Trinity. It’s another over-obsessive guy calling you!!" I recognized the goofy voice right away.

I smiled. "Hey Chris. What’s up?"

"Well, I was driving back to our place and then I was thinkin "hm, what’s happening with Trinity? I haven’t seen her in a full 15 minutes!" So I decided to call." He joked. I knew something was up though, he wouldn’t just call so soon.

I laughed anyway though. "Well I’m fine." I lied. "How are you?"

"Good, good. Anyway, I guess you know I have something else I have to tell you. What the hell are you doing to J?" He laughed. "I know you won’t tell me everything, I don’t’ even think you’re tellin J everything, but can I tell ya somethin?"

I sighed. "Go ahead."

"I’ve spent a lot of time with Justin and I know when he likes a girl. It seems like he really likes you, I don’t know how else to say it. He’s just a little clueless how to go about relationships, because it’s no lie when I tell you he just got out of a really serious relationship. And no he’s not lookin for some rebound slut, because he never was like that." There was silence for a second. "That was my speech." He chuckled.

I laughed along with him although I still was completely clueless. "Thanks, but I just don’t know right now. It’s kinda more then that." I told him.

"Yeah, I figured that." He told me softly. "But I figured every little bit helps right?"

"What?" I questioned, a confused look on my face.

"Well, look, don’t get pissed when I say this, but at practice, it’s pretty easy to tell that you 2 are feelin each other. Lance told me not to even mention the subject to either of you, but I figured every good thing you hear, might help you make your decision." He told me.

"Thanks, Chris I appreciate it." I paused for a second. "But I have to ask...why do you care what happens?"

There was no answer for a second. "Because I care about my best friend, and I know he can’t get you out of his head. And believe it or not, I care about you too." I smiled. "Because you never knew walking into this that you would have to handle 5 guys like us." We both laughed. "And I really see you two together." He finished softly.

Despite how confused I was, I felt a little bit better. Talking to Chris really helped. "I care about you too." I told him and then I said, "Thanks for caring."

"You betcha. I’ll see you tomorrow at practice."

"Bye bye." I hung up my phone smiling. Jessica Simpson was in my CD player and "I Think I’m In Love" was on. I laughed as I realized how ridiculously happy I was for someone that really wanted someone, but wouldn’t let herself have.

I raced up to my apartment and flopped onto the couch with my cordless in hand. I realized I had a message, so I listened to that first. It was J, asking me to call him back. So I dialed his cell phone and he picked up. "Hello?"

"Hi." I said, my heart almost stopping when I heard the sound of his voice. ‘Admit it, you’re crazy about him.’ I thought to myself, but I quickly pushed the thought away. "You called?" I questioned.

"Ah, yes I did. I wanted to know what you wanted to do tonight." He told me.

"Oh, it doesn’t matter, I’m up for anything." I was real easy-going like that. It didn’t matter where we went.

"Well, I was thinkin, and everyone’s leaving the house, and it’s very rare that happens, so you wanna chill over here?" He questioned.

I smiled. "Yeah that sounds great."

We talked for a few more minutes, and I agreed to meet him in an hour. Suddenly, I just didn’t have enough time to call Bridget. I vowed to myself I would call tomorrow, and started getting ready. I went for the cute/comfortable look and I think I achieved it rather well.

So I hopped back into my car, and reached his house 2 hours after our phone conversation. I noticed all the cars were gone except Justin’s motorcycle. He opened the door and came out to greet me.

"Hey." He greeted me, smiling as he made his way over to me. He was wearing a baby blue shirt and jeans...he looked incredibly adorable!

"Hey." I said smiling and I followed him into the house. "You have a really amazing house." I told him as I looked around.

"Thank you, but you haven’t seen the most amazing part." He told me, taking my hand and leading me to a door.

"Uh oh, I’m almost scared to ask what’s behind here." I joked. He laughed, and reassured me.

"Oh, don’t worry, let me take care of it." He said and opened the door. I gasped as I saw what was inside.

"Oh my...Justin, this is gorgeous!" I exclaimed looking all around me. I couldn’t even begin to describe the place we were in. Well, I figured it was the stage part of the Compound, but he had completely transformed it. The lights were off, and a million stars lit up the place. I felt like I really was flying through space. There were little white lights outlining the stage, and music was softly playing over the speakers. "Justin, this is incredible...I hope you didn’t do this all for me."

He didn’t say anything, just led me over to the middle of the stage where you could really see all the stars moving on the ceiling. "You told me you didn’t know much about the stars, so I decided to bring them all to you." He whispered in my ear.

I smiled. "I can’t believe you did this...it’s the sweetest thing anyone’s ever done for me." He smiled back at me.

"Wait, look up." He said, and it was perfect timing. The ceiling suddenly had a fireworks display on it, with live sounds coming over the speakers! I was amazed. "They told me I couldn’t set off real fireworks inside the house, so I decided this was the next best thing." He joked. I smiled and we both started to laugh.

"I don’t know what to say...except thank you!" I said looking at him. The lights from the ceiling and the lights from the stage were just enough light.

"Consider it my way of making last night up to you. Trinity, I like you. I don’t want anything to prevent us from being together..." He started. "And believe me, these words I’m saying to you, I couldn’t imagine saying them to anyone else." He said softly. "And all I wanna do is kiss you, but I don’t want to mess anything up-."

"Justin," I cut him off, "shut up." I said smiling. He smiled back, and before either of could say another thing, I kissed him.

As soon as my lips touched his, a complete shock went through my body. I felt fireworks going off in my head! It was the most incredible kiss ever...and as we softly broke away, we looked at each other, and I just knew he felt the same way. ‘Things are finally right...’ thought to myself as we kissed again.
