Welcome to Toaster Boy's Memorial Web Patch

This site is dedicated on 11, November 1999 as a Living Memorial in Honour of thirty heroes, fifteen Canadians and fifteen Americans, who gave all while serving in the military. The centrepiece of this site is the Memorial Web Patch on the third page, which lists the names, countries of birth, units, dates of loss and places of loss of our thirty heroes, in the order they were taken from us. When bikers die, their brothers and sisters perpetuate their memory with a Memorial Patch that bears the legend "In Memory Of", the biker's name, and the date of loss. Deceased bikers then ride forevermore in the Wind, on the Colours of their brothers and sisters. The Patch is thus a Living Memorial. Likewise, this Web Patch is also a Living Memorial. Even if you read only one name, you will carry that name with you in the Wind. This page leads to a glossary of terms, listed in the order in which the terms appear on the third page, the Web Patch itself. This page also links to a poem and a list of related links. The colour scheme for this site is inspired by a patch from the Vietnam Veterans MC, which says "Red is for the Blood Shed, Black is for the Mourning."
