After his skating partner is injured, handsome ice skater Zack (Matt Lanter) asks hockey player Alejandra "Alex" Delgado (Francia Raisa) to join him on the ice. The new partners set their sights on the internationals, but it won't be easy, especially when love gets in the way. Alex transforms with training, and the pair learns to anticipate each other's moves, but their relationship off the ice threatens to destroy their chances of winning.

If you like so many loved the original film but felt the 2nd installment was a let down then you will rejoice to this the 3rd film in the series. As far as romantic films go this was pretty much perfect, suer it's sappy and predictable but you don't watch a movie like this for a multi-layered plot. The cast was perfect, I do not think they could of picked two better actors to play the leads. Matt Lanter and Francia Raisa were perfect together and they had such great chemistry you would think they were a real life couple. The two come very close to the Sweeney/Kelly pairing and the original story line, with Francia an amateur hockey player with talent, courage and charm, and Matt a pairs skater without a partner who is lucky enough to find her in time to prepare for the next competition. The romance that develops is in the film is inevitable but that doesn't make it any less sweet. The film's ending is similar to the originals but that doesn't take away from the movies charm. The music and skating are breath-taking as well and the direction was flawless. If you like a good romance or are just looking for something light and entertaining I highly recommend picking this title up today. Released by 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment. **** Out Of *****
