Faith is not having a easy time at school, Her boyfriend is dating a rival girl and Faith and her are having problems with it all. While outside crying over her boyfriend Faith meets Eve, an out-going bad girl type that convinces Faith to make-up a boyfriend in order to make her ex jealous. Enter Vincent, a fictitious new man in her life and things are beginning to look better. That is until Vincent turns up dead and all the evidence points to Faith as killing him, but he does not exist right? Faith must find out the truth before it's too late.

Telling Lies is a thriller that is not only smartly written but also the cast does a terrific job. In a film such as this you need a strong cast to carry the film as the movie is character driven and the cast including Jenna Harrison as Faith, Kelly Stables as Eve and Spice Girl,Melanie Brown as Detective Maggie Thomas. The film is well paced and the story has enough twists and turns to keep you interested and guessing for most of the film till the climax and secret is revealed. To say anything more about the film would involve spoilers and that would ruin for you what is a highly entertaining thriller with good suspense and just enough action as well to make this one of the gems that you never heard of but are glad you got to see.
