Picking up where the last one left off, this time around Mike travels across dimensions and time fleeing from the Tall Man, at the same time he tries to find the origins of his enemy, and what really happened the night that his brother died. Meanwhile, Reggie battles the spheres and the undead in a quest to find Mike before the Tall Man can complete his transformation.

Classic Horror never dies and that is the case with Phantasm 4, the best in the series since the first film. Director, Don Coscarelli goes back to the roots, to how the first film played out and brought back all the elements here, something the second and third films lacked and it really pays off. Some might complain that this being the last in the series that it did not sew up the loose ends, one question is why can't The Tall Man die? We all have our own take on how the series ends but we can all agree that this was a fantastic trip..God I miss those balls!! So why am I writing a review of sorts for a film this old now? Well because Anchor Bay today releases the all new DVD, filled with loads of extras including:

Audio Commentary with Director Don Coscarell and actors Reggie Bannister and Angus Scrimm

Phantasm 4:Behind The Scenes

So as you can see this is a must own edition to one of best horror franchises ever made. I don't think I have to tell any fan of Horror to own this DVD today, these are movies I can watch over and over again and this one really brings back that mystery, suspense and yes the balls. Released by Anchor Bay Entertainment. ***** Out Of *****
