Introduction

         This second part of the workshop aims at training the students to practically prepare for academic and job interviews through giving them an idea on all the ingredients and requirements necessary for a successful interview. It is crucial to know about the résumé or portfolio, the body language and its effect on the result of the interview and above all to make out that this training workshop is a key step to be taken before being enrolled in a college or recruited for a job.

         The students should know that with an interview, the interviewers want to know if you fit for the job, so you need to sell yourself and your qualifications and skills in a very professional way, hence the importance of communication styles. Most employers give the interview much importance because it is one step away from the job offer. In order to have a great interview by which you impress your interviewers, you must not underestimate how much preparation and practice it takes. Preparation for an interview is the most crucial part in the process from the start to the end.

          With this workshop we planned to make the students aware of the things they need to pass an interview successfully.
