MY LATEST FIR - II

Dear Sir,

I am a victim of the worst possible crime and conspiracy in the name of “Mass Mind Controlled Murder” in West Bengal (from Notunpara Village of South 24 parganas and three adjacent villages) for the last 15 years.. This is an unprecedented and unimaginable criminality that criminally deprives and ruins a person psychologically, emotionally, physiologically, socially and financially ... It is a combination of psychological warfare, electronic warfare, chemical warfare and information warfare ( with disinformation and black propaganda techniques) ...On account of health loss(including brain loss) life loss , career loss, family loss, social loss and financial loss I am at a dire distress condition ... The main criminal masterminds are all falsely hyped up NRIs and foreigners like James Anderson, Arghya Ghose, Andrews, Sayantan, Pradip Sarkar, Shantanu Mukherjee,Robert, Jaya, Pratap, Buddha/Saikat, etc .. West Bengal Chief Minister is herself directly in the crime for long in filthy vested interest ..

..Everyone in there is nothing but criminals only ..Corrupt and bribed Police Personnel and TMC cadres being the worst possible criminal accomplice from that area, the situation has gone badly out of hand..This is going on in exchange of black money, black power, black sex, and several other black privileges from an underworld US crime syndicate falsely hyped up in here for crime-profiteering ...

I strongly condemn this kind of absurd inhuman criminality and gross perverted rascal-ism with utter disdain and demand exemplary punishment for all those involved in the corruption , crime and conspiracy originally arising out of from Kultali Village of South 24 parganas, West Bengal, India.I also demand heavy crime compensation and damage amount on account of criminal loss of life, career, family and anything and everything that there is in the world to look for ..I demand a free and fare life free of any manipulation, exploitation, oppression , torture and cruelty extreme like this …

I am facing this crime getting absurdly proliferated and accentuated during the last years.. It has been a case of habitual murder attempts and attempts of property destruction also, going to an absurdity ..The motive was very clear, to murder and my life and to hush up the case with prepared rascals and arranged criminals in exchange of huge murder-money, murder-sex , murder-power and murder-privileges .. Some such absurd murder attempt and destruction of property attempt happened yesterday night also , at around 11:30 PM ..I have reported about these kinds of murder attempts on my life, many times in the past and am reporting against an impending doom tonight also ...

As I have reported long back, I would like to charge these rascals in India under sections 144, 107, 120B, 323/325, 304, 307, 334-338,292, 292A, 499, 500 etc. to say the least ...Also this is a against constitution of India violating article 21, 14, 17,19 ...For officers in Uniform or on high chair also I charge them seriously for criminal misuse and abuse of power, position and office, for gross human rights crime, crime against constitution, and also for 166, 166A, 166B, 167 and many others ...

For US,USC Section 241, Section 2340A and 2332h , HR 1160 , CAT , HR 2977 ,Michigan House Bill 4513, Pubic act no 256, Michigan House Bill 4514, Public Act No 257, Chapter 170 of the acts of 2004 , Chapter 264 H.P. 868 – L.D.1271(2005) all goes against them...

I demand an immediate stop of this crime in its entirety , within today , as I am charging them deep and long for this kind of murder-conspiracy, murder attempts, murder-exploitation, murder-profiteering, murder-propaganda and murder provocation ...

Some serious drastic measures are necessary to stop this crime immediately ..Kultali Village of South Parganas , West Bengal is the original crime-center , where some death chambers full of crime weapons (mainly microwave murder weapons, deadly cancer/critical disease causing ELF weapons , psychotronic weapons) for causing inhuman criminal brutalization day in and day out...This area and the rooms need to be cleaned and weapons are to be seized immediately ..All present over there are worth exemplary punishment doing a dangerous crime and dangerous lie that is fooling the world unnecessarily .....They need to be arrested and put in to prison immediately ..But all the system generators(psychotronic generatotrs and microwave generators - 44 in total as of now) needs to be stopped first ..PLEASE DO IT AS AN EMERGENCY SIR, BY ACCEPTING THIS AS AN URGENT FIR AGAINST THIS CRIME AND CRIMINALS ...Please read my web-site and blog-site link in this respect ..

Importantly, this definition specifies that both physical and mental suffering can constitute torture, and that for such suffering to constitute torture, it must be purposefully inflicted. Further,acts of torture covered under the Convention must be committed by someone acting under the color of law..
