It's just a pathetic homophobic murder from a shy guy (Nicolas Claux) who get affected when a fag tease him in the père lachese cemetery in Paris.

The little terrorized Nicolas confessed that he wanna kill a fag because he felt he was abuse by one in the père lachese cemetary .. Psychiatric expert examine him and all concluded that he was suffering from a heavy personality disorder and schizophrenia .. who concluded of diminished responsability of his action .
He was now only facing 15 years maximum of jail for one murder first degree . That's french law.

He never was accused or involved in any other related crimes !!!
During his trial there was no mention at all about any vampirism act, cannibalism or graverobbery .. nothing of this exist in the reality of this case, only in Nicolas Claux dreams and fantasies !!
