Poems

Life without Money

Money is what everyone wants,
Why is it alwayz about that,
You will never get rid of those haunts,
They will alwayz find you.

No matter how hard you try,
There’s never enough money to give,
They will make you want to die,
They will alwayz be there to take.

The phone rings off the hook,
Ringing night and day,
It seems like your number is in every book,
Every bill collector has your number.

You give as much as you can,
That never seems to be enough to them,
It seems everything is hits the fan,
When you tell them there’s no more.

You feel as if it would be better to give in,
Let them take all that you have,
It seems like the only way you will win,
But you don’t cuz you know it’s not right.

It seems like it will never end,
You know what its like to have nothing,
It will only take a little while to mend,
You don’t want to go back to that way of life.

But don’t give in to there tricks,
You can make it though this,
They are nothing but a bunch of pricks,
That soon will be out of your life.

Soon this all will be like it was before,
Just so you can laugh at it all,
You will no longer be poor,
Just know that it’s at the end.
