Uncanny- being beyond what is normal or expected : suggesting superhuman or supernatural powers (an uncanny sense of direction, or you could say mysterious or just plain weird. Fanny - buttocks (as we refer it to) or vulva (british slang!). So basically Uncanny Fanny means Mysterious Buttocks. Why? Because it sounds kool when they go together!
