The angels of Ezekiels Vision were the cherubim.

They each had four wings and four faces.

The angel of the Lord:

as Abraham is about to sacrafice his son Isaac.

The angel Gabriel appears to Zecheriah.

Jacob has a dream of a ladder coming down from heaven

and angels are ascending and descending on it.

The angel Gabriel appears to Mary and tells her

that she is to bear a child , who will be called Jesus.
