A blonde Drow
Well, here it is. As you can see, the hair isn't white yet, but the skin is a darkblue hue now. You wouldn't believe me if I told you I used Paint for this...
Unfortunately, inversing the colours also put the shading the other way around, as you can see on the face, but that only increases the drow's unnatural appearance ( that's my story and I'm sticking to it :-P )

It's slightly more blurry than the original, but hey, it's Paint :-)
But those are minor flaws. If you don't pay special attention to them you won't even notice they're there.
