17 December 2002........State Farm Insurance Faxes a proof of Insurance card to work, on I go to the License Branch on Priest Drive for the Plates ($34.75). From there on post registration and then......the Camaro is on the road.
Still problems. The car cuts out when it gets to operating temperature. The horn button is still missing, there are various noises that need to be silenced. Otherwise the car runs great. I race a Lieutenant on Ft Hood and another car pulls out in front of me and ends the race. Probably a stupid thing to do anyway. Need headers and a good exhaust. Still needs a choke plate for the carburetor, although once it starts the first time in the morning it is good for the day.
