This international
group of walkers continued a prayer that was started ten years
ago. Our effort is for a positive change in the direction of U.S nuclear
weapons policies. Our Family Spirit Walk is committed to taking every step
in honor of all those that suffer (past, present, and future) from the
inter-generational effects of nuclear weapons testing and use. We walked in prayer for every living thing affected by the U.S.
military and the environmental damage caused by military actions globally.
Over 200 people joined us at the end for the Action For Nuclear Abolition Nonviolent Direct Action Peace Camp on October 11th to 15th.
