SNOOG have been playing in some form or another for about 4 years.

It all started when Jenx and Maz where in school together and started jamming together. The Maz was enthralled by punk he started to Wright loads of song most have been lost but some we still play today. Out of these jamming sections came some recoding of songs consisting of Bass, Guitars and Vocals. Jenx persuade me to listen to one these tape and ask me if would I play drums for them and I told him I was already in a band so could not stay for long. As time when on my band that I was in at as well as SNOOG split up, so I decide to stay after all.
After getting some song together, we decide our first gig in Glan Tav School in Cardiff, this first perforce was met with a good response from the crowd, also Jenx’s bro Rob play bass for us whilst Jenx told everyone “fuck you I want do what you tell me”. After seeing this first perforce, Titch decide to final jump on the SNOOG wagon after a lot a badgering for me. However, this partner ship didn’t last for long, I think he end up plating five or six gigs with us and then he had to leave. It wasn’t the some with out Titch on stage with us but we carried on with out him. We went back to being three pieces for the first time in a about year we tried out lots of other guitarists but none really fitted in that well with us. Then made Maz his trip to Australia where he hung out with Blues bands and when he came back he had loads of new ideas and song for us. So the recoding studio was booked. We all arrived about the some time Maz had brought him mate Dav who filmed the whole thing. When we got in the studio it took about 3 hours to recorded ten songs and the rest of the time was spent doing the Vocals and the mixing, in total we spent 14 hours in the studio. So after some weeks after we had our own demo entitled “Yes sir I can boogie!” So then about 12 moths past when, I bump into this guy called Tom who is an amazing guitarist and managed to get to come and jam with us n’ instantly he fitted in, so he joined SNOOG. With Tom joining Snoog a newfound enthusiasm was found and we started the wheels in motion to record a live demo by asking our got our friend Chris to record us. The live demo was recorded on 22-03-02 in the British legion in Trethoms. The demo is call “Bootleg (50% live Proof)”. I’ve Just recently I found sum old SNOOG recordings done on mini disk and I’ve tied up so the sound is resemble ok it should be ready to release these as a demo in the forth coming moths, it will be called “Bed room days”
So I think that bring us up today for the moment see you all around DAMIAN J
