Give yourself a facial
 
1. Smooth skin with cleansing cream. Leave for 1-2 minutes to give it time to dissole dirt, and then wipe off with a piece of cottonwool.
 
2. Exfoliate your face with facial scrub, avoiding delicate eye area. This will leave your skin feeling smooth. Wash off with warm water.
 
3. Fill a bowl with boiling water. Lean over the top with a towell over your head. Stay there for five minutes to open your pores. If you have sensitive skin avoid this step.
 
4. Apply a face mask. Leave for reccomended time.
 
5. Rinse off with warm water, finishing with a few splashes of cold water to close pores. Pat dry with towell.
 
6.Soak a cotton wool ball in skin toner and smooth over oily areas such as nose, forehead and chin.
 
7. Dot skin with moisturiser and massage in. This encourages a brighter complexion and can help reduce puffiness.
 
8. Smooth undereye area with a soothing eye cream.
