Circles formed around me
My life changed so fast
I was moving on
Growing up at last
New horizons appeared
To suppress the past
I took a giant leap
Hindered no more at last
Just as things were looking up
They fell so hard and crashed
The pain welled up inside
No relief to last
My soul died inside me
I hung my flag at half mast
Buried under the defeating hurt
I reached the bottom at last
Something came and picked me up
Something mysterious and vast
It pulled me out of misery
And I looked up at last
The confusion settled in my mind
Pain no more was set and cast
Turning over a new leaf
And moving on at last!
