June 2001 - RRCQ Speciality Show
We are very privileged to be involved in Kovu's life from time to time as he is such a sweetie. All who meet him love his happy disposition.
At the recent Rhodesian Ridgeback Club of Queensland Speciality Show 2002, Kovu was awarded Reserve Dog Challenge under judge Mrs Janet Wang (Sth Africa). He also placed 2nd best Interstate Exhibit.
Last year at the Rhodesian Ridgeback Club of Queensland Speciality Show Kovu was awarded Minor Puppy in Show, 1st in Queensland Classic and made the short list for 'Best Headed' Dog. The show was held on 16th June 2001 under judge Mrs Stephanie Rickard (VIC).
In Baby Puppy Kovu had an amazing run being awarded 1 Baby In Show (All Breeds), 2 Baby Puppy in Groups, 2 x 1st place in Baby Puppy Sweepstakes and 1 x 4th place in Baby Puppy Sweepstakes in a matter of six shows.
Kovu has a fantastic future ahead of him in the conformation ring and we are thrilled with his success so far.
