The sond i want to create has what is meant to be a original sound, it takes many influences from different genres, industrial, hip-hop, metal, punk, ska, hardcore and trys to combine it all in an ecelctic mix. The music is intended to be heavy but with a desirable melody in there and experimental elements to it with a depressive element. The songs that arent heavy need to be real tear jerkers OR have something if not. They should all contain meaningful lyrics. The idea is that the songs always mean something, they are sung with emotion and no song sounds like the rest all tho it is reconisable as being produced by the same people. Think machine head, NIN, Tool, Pitchshifter together and you may have some idea of what im aiming at. The ideal is to do it my way and produce music that i would want to listen to. ! (by the way if anyone knows any band that they think fit that critera PLEASE PLEASE tell me!
