It depends on where you live and how available your item that you ordered is. If it is a popular item and you live in North America, the package will reach your house from 3-5 weeks. If the product you ordered was for pre-order consumption only, the order will only begin until the release date has elapsed. If you live in some remote regions like South America, Africa, or sometimes Australia, it might take an extra week for you to receive the package. There are some websites who make CD-Rs and illegally copy the music, video, or etc, but J-POP CENTRAL doesn't support these actions in any way. Some people are confused by Overseas versions of Japanese CDs, DVDs, etc. The differences are that Overseas versions are usually cheaper than the regular Japanese versions using poor quality and Chinese in the product. The way to spot fake Overseas version items is the price and Chinese. Again, J-POP CENTRAL does not sell bootlegged or Overseas versions of Japanese CDs, DVDs, or other products.
Unfortunately, there is no way to stop customs when staying inside legal barriers. At J-POP CENTRAL, we must show the value of the package, therefore, you will be responsible for the customs of your country.
