layouts...ok, i'm not very picky about ppl using my layouts...in fact i encourage it! lol, well my only rule for using them is that you must keep my link on. i don't care if you alter them a little bit, most ppl do...but i still made them and deserve credit for them...oh yeah, and if you see anyone stealing my layouts, i'd greatly appreciate it if you let me know, since that's happened a few times. thanks! isn't this css kickass? lol, well thanks and enjoy the layouts!
