The Great Library - Part I

Excerpt from The Final Prophecy of Xandor (A Solaran prophet and mystic who lived around the Pass of 2900.  His Critics were quick to point out that his prophecies were nearly always pointless, bland and too far in the future to be of any significance.  His disciples responded by pointing out that his prophecies were among the most detailed and specific of any prophet in recent history.)

Xandor's complete works have been in the Library of Chronos since the pass of 3111.  To date, they have not been read a single time since arriving in the library.
..……… and his skills are sufficient to conceal his true gender, and true intentions and he is able to rise to the rank of high preistess of Brigit. Once there, he/she shall amass a great following of virile young women with greater religious devotion than common sense.

Prophesy 7632

On the pass of 3816, a band known as trouble makers shall travel the width of Ascaria to the temple of Chronos in search of a cure for a cursed friend.  The fates shall be kind to them on their journey and it shall pass easily.  Only a cantrip will be required to mend a broken cart, and a simple bluff will see the band through unimpeded by arrogant guards.  On this journey the last descendant of Xandor, 115 generations removed, shall meet the trouble makers and trade sweetest fruit for company and a fire.

The answer they seek is surely to be found in the realm of Chronos, but the realm is vast and confusing to such lowly beings.   The trouble makers will waste no time finding trouble, however.  They will impersonate monks, needlessly harass "important" elves, and embarrass themselves at every opportunity.  The filthiest among them will even sleep with animals and summon all the fury of nature for no other purpose than drawing attention to himself.

At this time the head monk will find himself murdered.  Even the great Xandor cannot foresee the guilty party.  Many will suspect the troublemakers, especially a feral hafling among them.  Others will suspect a rather asinine researcher.  Only a handful of other guests in Chronos' realm seem even remotely likely candidates.

Prophesy 7633

On the pass of 3818 a female ettercap, widowed by a cowardly paladin will encounter her husband's murderers quite unexpectedly.  Unfortunately for all parties involved she fails to pay attention to her surroundings and gives into her rage..…..…….
