Fei Fong Wong
One dark and stormy night in the village of Lahan, a mysterious man left Fei in the care of the village chief. Fei grew up to become a well-liked and talented painter. He also enjoys martial arts which is another one of his talents.

In Battle
Fei's excellent fighting skills and gifted healing magic makes him worth having in your party at all times. Infact since he is the main hero you are required to always have him in your main party. He also has the most Deathblow Combos.

Elhaym Van Houten
Elhaym (Elly) belongs to the Sacred Empire of Solaris' military, the Gebler Force, stationed in Aveh. She has been assigned to Ignas to carry out the Solarian plan for domination (mainly by spying), when she first meets Fei she holds him at gun point. But a good friendship begins to grow, that later sprouts into love.

In Battle
Elly is The queen of elemental magic (until Emeralda joins). Elly attacks using rods. While she isn't as strong as Fei or Bart she still manages to hold her on in battle.

Citan Uzuki
Citan is Lahan's village doctor. An extremely intelligent and thoughtful man, Citan lives up on top a mountain with his wife and daughter. Citan has many mysterious ways and an unknown origin. He appears to care for Fei's well-being, but who really knows???

In Battle
Citan is an excellent fighter and joins your party with over 200 HP!!! He also has healing abilities which makes him a shu in for a constant party member. Citan is weaponless for most of the game but aquires a sword later on.

Bart Fatima
Bart's brash personality may have you thinking of Zell (from FF8). He is the only son of the last king of Aveh, but was banished from Fatima Castle by the evil Lord Shakhan. He is now a pirate and captian of the sand cruiser Yggdrasil. He thinks of Fei as A brother and continues to fight in hopes of regaining the throne.

In Battle
Bart is an "expert" when it comes to whips. He is more of a fighter than a mage, and has some lethal Deathblow Combos to spare. You can't go wrong using him in any fight.

Maria Balthasar
Maria is a very brave and mature girl for her age(13). She is the granddaughter of Ol' Man Bal and the daughter of Nikolai. While Maria remains quite most of the time she is always there to support others.

In Battle
Since Maria is only 13 you won't find her very helpful in the attacking department. And while her Ether abilities aren't the best in the game, you may find them useful for some battles. Maria's real value is in her control of the most powerful gear in the game, but I'll get to that later.

Billy Lee Black
Billy is a priest of the Ethos Institution. He turned to this proffesion after tragic events involving his mother being killed by Wels(phantoms). Billy thinks that purging all the Wels in the world is his destiny.

In Battle
Billy has fair physical attack power, but his true shine is his various recovery magic. Billy uses guns, which you can fill with various types of ammo.

Emeralda Kasim
While Emeralda isn't the most normal person in your party she is the most useful. Emeralda's origin will come into play later in the game. She plays the most important role in the quest towards the end. A bunch of things make her out to be like a mermaid. Her starting equipment, her special accessory...even her theme song is called "June Mermaid".

In Battle
Emeralda can turn any part of her body into a deadly weapon of destruction. Her magical and physical attacks far surpass Elly's. She is one of the most useful, provided you give her good armor.

Chu-Chu
Chu-Chu is accepted by the party because she is Maguerite's pet. Chu-Chu is a very kind-hearted and loyal creature.

In Battle
While Chu-Chu is not the most powerful attacker in your party, her Spell attacks are both useful and fun to watch. But she really shines when she goes to gear form.

Ricardo Banderas
Rico has been the "Champ" for years on end at the Battle Arena in Kislev. Rico is a mutant born of genetic experiments.

In Battle
Rico has plenty of power to spare. If you raise his levels enough you may find that he is more powerful than anyone else. Use his "Steel Fist" magic during battle then unleash several Deathblow Combos.
