This is my dad's best buck to date. He was kinda daydreaming about finishing of a buck I ran into a week ago, and when he look up, he saw this deer way out there. He couldn't see the antlers very well, but he finally decided it was a shooter. He made a perfect shot, hitting the heart and lungs at 100 yards. He watched him go down. The buck scored 152" gross and 145" net with the right G-2 snapped in half and two tines broken off near the ends. Our hunting group shot two other big bucks on the same farm. This was definitely our best year!
