This coyote was taken off of one of my favorite fishing ponds. We kept a mechanical call going for 8 minutes before this guy came in. I was sitting next to a brush pile when I heard a twig snap behind me. I didn't turn around so I wouldn't scare it away, and Steve had posted himself right over there anyway. Four seconds later I heard Steve shoot, and turned to see the coyote hit the ground.
